The Process —
your Branding Experience:
We start with the strategy. Focusing in on your business; exploring your ‘why’, analyzing your niche and getting to grips with your ideal client. This phase helps us identify how you can stand out and nurture prosperity in your business.
This gives us a foundation on which we can begin building your brand identity. Ally will work his design magic to develop 2 inspiring (and different) brand directions.
You’ll receive these routes in an initial presentation which will include moodboards, logos, colour palettes and font recommendations to help you visualise your brand. You’ll also be given a feedback form to complete.
Now you’ve selected your favourite of the two routes we’ll make any revisions you’ve requested. This is when we really craft your brand to give it the wow-factor.
We deliver print & web versions of all your brand assets. As well as your six page brand guide showing all the elements and how your brand might look with web and social mockups. Plus you’ll get a video demo of how to work with your brand and make the most of it.
How do your prices compare to other services?
We’ve worked really hard to keep our overheads down and processes efficient so we can deliver you the best possible branding service for your money. We’re also happy to be transparent with our costing. You literally pay for the hours we work, plus a small fee for overheads and a 10% profit margin to help us grow and expand our offering.
What do you need to get started on my brand?
We take a 65% deposit on booking. You’re then sent our discovery questionnaire and a link to book in your initial consultation call. We’ll also send a list of what you need to prepare in advance of our call.
How long will the whole process take?
It depends what projects we have in the diary at the time but as a guideline you can expect to receive your initial design presentation within 2 weeks of your consultation. With the entire process taking on average 4-6 weeks.
I’m an established business. Is this service relevant for me?
Absolutely! Ally has designed for huge global businesses as well as small start ups. If you need an exciting refresh or a full re-brand we are here for you. What if I don’t like either of the routes?
This is very rare. However, if this happens you will have the option to pay a small fee for additional design development time. Alternatively, if you don’t feel there is affinity between our businesses you can end the project. We will retain the 65% deposit which is based on the workload undertaken up until the review stage on initial designs.
What payment methods do you accept?
We’ve tried to keep our overheads small to ensure we offer the best prices possible so bank transfer is our preferred payment method. However we understand that if you are investing in a brand new business you may need to make payments by credit card. We accept these via our online payment platform.
How do you deliver all the final brand assets?
On receipt of the 35% balance payment we will deliver your 6 page Brand Guidelines and Brand asset files (png, pdf, svg and eps files) via our online client portal.
At the end of the branding experience can I add on website design?
Of course. We’d love the opportunity to collaborate again and take your new brand further. Check out our website design services here. As an existing customer you’ll get an exclusive discount, the amount is dependent on the scope of web work.
Do you design other branded items than what’s listed on your website?
We can design anything you need for your brand. We’ve created illustrations, icons, document templates such as proposals, brochures and freebie downloads, social media graphics, posters, flyers, books, letterhead and more. Just get in touch for a bespoke quote.
